You will be billed the following price for each additional booth after the first four - to one company:

Exhibitors are welcome to give away individual products or sell products from their booths. Any raffle items must be arranged in advance (by August 11, 2008) and run through the MACNA XX raffle, these raffle items may be displayed at the exhibitor booth or in the raffle area per the preference of the exhibitor. No other drawings are permitted without the express written permission of the MACNA XX co-chairs.

We encourage feeding our attendees and will work with any company who wishes to do so - but any give aways of food or beverages in the trade show hall must be cleared in writing through the MACNA XX co-chairs and AmericasMart prior to August 11, 2008.

Booths are sold to individual companies and may not be sublet or shared by other companies without the express written permission of the MACNA XX co-chairs.

Set-up start and end times will be announced at least 2 months prior to the MACNA XX conference.

Exhibitor Refund Policy: Within 20 days after purchase - no restricitons until August 11, 2008. After 20 days - no refunds, transfers availble for $200 per booth. No refunds or transfers after August 11, 2008.
